Ingredients
- Tofu(bean curd)
- Lasagna noodles
- Fresh tomato(saute2)
- Mushroom(saute1)
- Fresh basil or parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- Milk

Preparation
- Tomato Sauce (for 8×8 tray)
–2 cups of mushrooms (cut into pieces)
–8 median size tomatoes (pill the skin)
–1-2 table spoons of olive oil
–1 tea spoon of black pepper
–1 tea spoon of Italian seasoning
–Some basil (chopped into pieces)
Mix the above ingredients and vegetables together and saute for 30 minutes.

Boil the Lasagna until they are cooked

Tofu & cheese mix
- –1 bean curd firm (or extra firm) tofu (smashed)–8 ounces cheese–Some parsley or basil, pepper, Italian seasoning, and olive oilMix the above ingredients and seasoning together
- On a 8X8 tray
- 1st lay the tomato sauce
- 2nd lay the broiled lasagna
- 3rd lay fresh chopped basil
- 4th lay tofu and cheese mix
- Follow the above sequence and do a 2-3 layers of lasagna
When you done, cover the top with 8 ounces of cheese and the rest tomato sauce. Pre-heat the oven to 375 F; cover the tray with alumni sheet. Bake for 35 minutes with sheet and 10 minutes without sheet.
