Vegetarian Cuisine --> Papaya Bowl
 

Ingredients

  1. Dry bamboo shoots
  2. Red dates
  3. Chinese almonds
  4. Papaya
  5. Vegi chicken slices
Vegetarian Shark Fin and Mushrooms Stir Fry  
 

Direction

Soak bamboo shoots. Cut into 1” strips. Cut papaya into 1 inch chunks.

Bring water to boil. Add red dates and Chinese almonds. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Add dry bamboo shoots, papaya, vegi chicken slices and ginger slices. Cook under low heat until papaya chunks are tender. Season with sugar, salt, mushroom seasoning and white pepper. Serve.
