Remove tips, clean and create a knot in each lily bud. It will preserve the flavor while cooking. Remove woodears tips as needed. Slice ginger into thin strips.
In a heated wok, add vegetable oil. Add ginger and stir until fragrant. Add woodears and stir. Add lily buds and some water as needed. Cover with lid and allow it to simmer. Season with salt, black vinegar, sugar, citrus seasoning soy sauce, chili sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Serve.
