Soak dry kong chi. Blanch celeries and remove outer strings (see picture). Julianne all the ingredients into similar sizes. Blanch peppers. Deep fry or pan fry kong chi and vegetarian ham.
Mix all the ingredients together. Season with salt, sugar, Hondashi, sesame oil and Mirin Sweet Cooking seasoning. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds. Serve.
