Vegetarian Cuisine -->Three Treasure Nagaimo Root Soup
 

Ingredients

  1. Goji Berry
  2. Nagaimo root
  3. Vegi meat chunk
  4. Shiitake mushroom
  5. Dried red dates
  6. Lotus seeds
Vegetarian Shark Fin and Mushrooms Stir Fry  
 

Direction

Cut shiitake mushroom and nagaimo roots into chunks. Deep fry vegi meat chunk and nagaimo roots (frying first keeps them intact when simmer in soup)

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add dried red dates, lotus seeds, and shiitake mushroom. Allow to simmer for over 30 minutes. Add fried vegi meat chunk and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add nagaimo roots and goji berry. Bring to boil and serve.
