Vegetarian Cuisine -->Vegetable Medley
 

Ingredients

  1. Pine nuts
  2. Pineapple chunks (can)
  3. Veggie shrimps
  4. Soy Cutash
Vegetarian Shark Fin and Mushrooms Stir Fry  
 

Direction

Stir fry pine nuts until cooked. Set aside.

Blanch pineapple chunks, veggie shrimps and soy cutash; drain, mix together and season with vegetarian fish sauce, salt, and mushroom seasoning to taste.

Sprinkle with pine nuts on top and serve.
