Slice zucchinis, veggie abalone, button mushrooms and pepper.
In heated wok, add ginger and oil, button mushroom and abalone. Stir until fragrant. Add water, white pepper, mushroom seasoning, salt and sugar. Allow to simmer. Add pepper, zucchini and straw mushroom. Stir. Add sesame oil and corn starch premixed in water to thicken the sauce. Serve.
