Vegetarian Cuisine -->Green Beans and Color Peppers
 

Ingredients

  1. Green beans
  2. Red bell pepper
  3. Yellow bell pepper (or persimmons – do not blanch)
  4. Nagaimo roots
Vegetarian Shark Fin and Mushrooms Stir Fry  
 

Direction

Slice bell peppers and nagaimo roots; snap green beans into similar sizes.

Blanch bell pepper and nagaimo roots each separately. Deep fry green beans and immediately soak in cold water (this will make them crunchy). Drain and mix all ingredients together. Add vegetarian fish sauce, salt and sugar to taste. .
