大眾食譜 -->椰汁千層糕
 

 

Ingredients

White batter

½ cup tapioca starch
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
¼ tsp vanilla

Green batter

½ cup tapioca starch
1 cup pandan leaves extract
1 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
¼ tsp vanilla

Direction

In a medium bowl, stir the white batter ingredients together until the sugar dissolves; set aside. In a separate bowl, do the same for the green batter ingredients.

Depending on the steamer size, pour about 3-4 inches of water and bring to boil. Lightly grease baking pan. Pour the green batter and steam for 4 minutes. Pour white batter on top and steam for 4 minutes. Repeat the process to create as many layers as desired. Set aside to cool and serve.
