Cut pineapple, vegetarian smoke steak, baby zucchini and tomatoes into chunks. Pan fry smoked steak.
In a heated wok, add ginger, oil, and soy sauce. Stir until fragrant. Add water and wood ears. Stir. Add pineapple, sugar, salt and Hondashi. Stir. Add zucchini and allow content to simmer. Add tomatoes. Stir. Add vegetarian smoked steak, black vinegar, rock candy syrup, and sweet potato powder premixed in water to thicken sauce. Stir and serve.
