Vegetarian Cuisine --> Black Bean Gluten


  1. Gluten
  2. Carrots
  3. Edamame
  4. Black Beans (canned)
Vegetarian Shark Fin and Mushrooms Stir Fry  


Blanch edamame. Blanch gluten and cut into strips. Slice carrots.

Place gluten in a mixing bowl and mix with syrup (dissolved sugar crystal), sesame oil, soy sauce, and mushroom seasoning. Deep fry gluten (will prevent breaking during
stir fry).

In a heated wok, add ginger and cooking oil, stir. Add gluten. Stir. Add carrots, edamame and black beans. Stir. Season to taste with sugar, salt and mushroom seasoning. Serve.
