Vegetarian Cuisine -->Bitter Melon Soup


  1. Bitter melon
  2. Preserved pineapple
  3. Preserved oriental pickled melon
Vegetarian Shark Fin and Mushrooms Stir Fry  


Cut all ingredients into ½” x 1 ½” strips. Save the liquid from the preserve to flavor soup.

Bring water to boil. Add canola oil, pineapple and pickled melon and allow to simmer. Add salt, sugar, mushroom seasoning and the liquid from the preserve to taste. Add bitter melon and cook until tender. Serve.

**optional: add shiitake mushroom for color and taste
