Chop Chinese frozen spinach, needle mushrooms, and vegi turkey into 1” strips.
In boiling water, add Chinese frozen spinach, needle mushroom and vegi turkey. Let it simmer for 30 minutes or so. Before serving, season with salt, mushroom seasoning, sugar, and white pepper to taste. Stir in potato starch premixed with water to thicken. Add tofu last to prevent breaking. Bring to boil, add white sesame seeds and serve.
