Vegetarian Cuisine -->Nagaimo Root with Mustard Green


  1. Nagaimo roots
  2. Mustard green
  3. Fructus Lycii (Goji Berry)
Vegetarian Shark Fin and Mushrooms Stir Fry  


Peel and slice nagaimo roots. Chop Chinese mustard green.

Heat canola oil and stir fry mined ginger until fragrant. Add water, mushroom seasoning, sugar, Chinese mustard green, nagaimo roots. Stir. Add Fructus Lycii. Stir until cooked and serve.
