Vegetarian Cuisine -->Chinese Spinach


  1. Dry bamboo shoots
  2. Goji berry
  3. Frozen Chinese Spinach
Vegetarian Shark Fin and Mushrooms Stir Fry  


Remove loose pieces of the bamboo shoots and soak the stems in cold water until soft. Soak goji berry. Chop Chinese Spinach.

In a pot of boiling water, add ginger slices and simmer. Add bamboo shoots; simmer. Before serving, add potato starch solution to thicken broth. Add Chinese spinach and goji berry. Season with salt, sugar, mushroom seasoning and white pepper to taste.
