Slice bamboos. If pre-packaged, blanch bamboos to remove impurities. Cut monkey head mushrooms into chunks. Soak yellow wood ears.
In a pot of boiling water, add gastradia elata and allow to simmer until broth is fragrant. Add bamboos and continue to cook. Before serving, add yellow wood ears, ginko nuts, and monkey head mushrooms. Season with mushroom seasoning, salt, sugar and white pepper. Serve. .
