Vegetarian Cuisine -->Chestnut Pumpkin


  1. Japanese pumpkin
  2. Chestnuts
  3. Red dates

Vegetarian Shark Fin and Mushrooms Stir Fry  


Precook chestnuts and remove shells. Soak red dates. Wash and cut pumpkin into chunks; steam for 10 minutes or until tender.

In a heated wok, add butter and canola oil. Add chestnuts, dates, rock sugar syrup, and vegetarian oyster sauce. Allow to simmer. Add pumpkin. Stir. Add potato starch solution, stir and serve.
