Cut small cucumber, red pepper, mushroom and vegetarian smoked steak into similar chunks. Cook raw cashews then soak in sugar water for 20 minutes. Deep fry cashews until golden. Deep fry or pan fry vegetarian smoked steak.
In a heated wok, add oil, ginger slices and soy sauce. Stir until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Add vegetarian smoked steak. Stir. Add Cucumber and red pepper. Season with mushroom oyster sauce, sugar, and mushroom seasoning. Transfer to platter. Sprinkle cashews on top. Serve.
