Vegetarian Cuisine -->Nagaimo Root with Mushrooms


  1. Nagaimo root
  2. Red pepper
  3. Celery
  4. Long leg or beech mushrooms

Vegetarian Shark Fin and Mushrooms Stir Fry  


Peel nagaimo root. Wash and julienne cut nagaimo root, red pepper and celery. Remove the tips of the mushrooms.

In heated wok, add ginger and oil, stir until fragrant. Add mushrooms and water. Stir. Add nagaimo root and vegetarian fish sauce. Stir. Add celery, red pepper, sugar, salt and Hondashi. Stir and serve.
