Vegetarian Cuisine --> Braised Tofu

Vegetarian Shark Fin and Mushrooms Stir Fry  


In a hot wok with oil, add soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar and water; bring to boil. Place the tofu in the sauce and allow it to simmer in low heat until most of the sauce evaporates. Stir frequently to coat and avoid burning.

Slice the tofu into serving size and serve.
